Objective:
Development and introduction of a domestic test system for the diagnosis of campylobacteriosis of cattle on the basis of polymerase chain reaction in real time
 
Objects of research:
• selected cultures of campylobacteria from cattle in farms of Almaty oblast of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• selection of primers and determination of optimal conditions for PCR and PCR Real Time diagnostics of campylobacteriosis of cattle
• study of genetic determinants of pathogenicity factors of camphilobacterial strains of cattle
 
Forecast proposals on the development of the research object:
The test system for diagnosis of Campylobacteriosis of cattle on the basis of PCR in real time is superior to conventional methods in the case of the need for rapid diagnosis of campylobacteriosis in cattle and can be used in epizootic studies as a monitoring program. Within the framework of the project implementation it is planned to train specialists, as well as to upgrade the skills in the field of molecular biology.
