5В071700 - " Heat and Power Engineering"
 
The purposes of the educational program 5В071700 - " Heat and Power Engineering". The main national goals of education in the specialty 5В071700 - " Heat Power Engineering" are:
  • the creation of conditions for obtaining high-grade, high-quality professional education, professional competence in the field of heat power engineering.
  • training specialists of a new formation with a broad fundamental knowledge, creative, initiative, adaptive to the changing demands of the labor market and technology, able to work in a team, knowledgeable in the field of machinery and technology, able to analyze them in practical activities, allowing them to be in demand, competitive in the market labor, and the fastest job placement in the specialty and further professional growth.
The main objectives of the educational program 5В071700 - "Heat and Power Engineering".  Under the leadership of the lead (senior) engineer, executive officer or head of the project (task), a bachelor in design and engineering performs the following:
  • the formulation of the objectives of the project (program) for solving the tasks, criteria and indicators of achieving the goals, building the structure of their interrelations, identifying priorities for solving problems;
  • the development of solutions to the problem, analysis of options, forecasting the consequences, finding compromise solutions under conditions of multicriteriality, uncertainty, planning the implementation of a product project or a technological process;
  • using of information technology in the design of energy and energy technology systems, as well as technological processes and operations;
  • prediction of the reliability of equipment, systems and their components, taking into account production technology;
Participates in:
  • the design of industrial power supply systems, electrical and heat technology equipment;
  • the development of projects for electrical and thermal power plants for various purposes, water treatment plants and complexes; design of technological systems and fuel preparation equipment using design automation systems;
  • energy and environmental assessment of projects;
  • the release of design and technical documentation for the designed objects;
  • the selection of optimal design solutions;
  • the development of draft technical conditions, standards, technical descriptions, as well as descriptions of technological processes and regulations for the operation of systems and networks;
In production and technology activities participates in:
  • the organization of the efficient use of energy resources in the energy complexes of industrial enterprises and heat technologies;
  • the choice of power supply companies, types of main and auxiliary equipment;
  • the reconstruction, modernization and testing of heat technology equipment;
  • establishing the parameters of the optimal operation mode of the equipment; the introduction of energy-saving technologies, systems for the use of secondary energy resources, unconventional energy sources and energy technology combination;
  • the automation of heat engineering installations and systems;
  • the selection of methods, instruments and drawing up diagrams for measuring the main characteristics of the operation of heat technology equipment; development of technical documentation;
  • determining the composition of electrical equipment and its parameters, schemes of electrical power facilities;
  • the calculation of the schemes and elements of the main equipment, secondary circuits, protection devices and automation of electric power facilities;
  • the development and determination of the optimal production and technological modes of operation of electric power equipment;
  • ensuring compliance with all specified parameters of the technological process and the quality of the products produced;

  • in the use of methods of modeling and optimization of heat engineering processes, installations and systems;

  • organizing the work of a team of performers;
  • the choice of a solution that satisfies various requirements (for cost, quality, safety, and deadlines) in both long-term and short-term planning;
  • the evaluation of production and non-production costs to ensure a given level of product quality;
  • the implementation of technical control, testing and quality management in the production process.
  • the organization of maintenance, repair, installation and testing of heat technology equipment;
  • organizing the accounting and rationing of fuel and energy resources;
  • the organization of calculations of estimates of production, specific consumption of energy resources;
  • the compilation of technical and economic balances of plants, technological processes, sites and the enterprise as a whole;
  • the energy assessment of thermal circuits and installations;
  • monitoring and managing energy flows in the enterprise;
  • the analysis of industrial and financial activities of an industrial enterprise;
  • the organization and management of metrological control at the enterprise, in carrying out activities on the environmental safety of the enterprise.

  • setting the parameters of the optimal mode of the equipment operation;
  • determining the composition of electrical equipment and its parameters, schemes of electrical power facilities;
  • ensuring compliance with all specified parameters of the process and the quality of the products produced;
  • conducting a feasibility and environmental analysis of installations and systems;

  • training a specialist of a new formation with a broad fundamental knowledge, creative, initiative, adaptive to the changing demands of the labor market and technology, able to work in a team, knowledgeable in the field of agriculture, able to analyze them in practical activities, allowing them to be in demand, competitive in the labor market, and the fastest job placement in the specialty and further professional growth.
The main objectives of the educational program 5В081200 - "Energy supply of agriculture". "Under the leadership of the lead (senior) engineer, executive officer or head of the project (task), bachelor of 5B081200 – "Energy supply of agriculture" solves the following tasks:
  • to control, analyze and manage the operation mode of the power supply system of enterprises (PSSE), its subsystems and equipment elements, in order to achieve optimal technical and economic indicators, reliability and environmental cleanliness of the system;
  • of the development of the PSSE, taking into account the prospects for changes in the production technologies of the main types of products by the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex;
  • of operational planning and organization on repair and preventive maintenance of equipment in the PSSE;
  • to calculate, taking into account market conditions, the economic efficiency of introducing schematic, constructive or regime changes to the current PSSE;
  • to carry out experimental studies: heat and mass transfer, electromechanical, electromagnetic, electronic, hydrodynamic, and physicochemical processes in plants and systems of energy supply of enterprises;
  • to organize the work on the adjustment and installation of the power PSSE and its elements;
  • to lead and develop technical documentation;
  • to carry out measures to prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases;
